OMPCG’s Principle Members

Our principle members are Victoria L. Kidd and Christy J. Berghoff. For most services, you will be working with one of these two individuals.

Victoria is a Certified Professional Résumé Writer and a proud member of the National Association of Résumé Writers, the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches, and the National Association of Independent Writers and Editors. She serves as an elected representative for the National Association of Résumé Writers. She has been helping people with application materials for nearly 10 years. Additionally, she has several years of experience working inside the hiring process and has reviewed thousands of résumés. She has served on numerous search committees and has personally hired a large number of professionals. In corporate environments, Victoria has overseen programs with investments exceeding one billion dollars. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She also holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma, a discipline focused on process improvement and waste reduction.

Christy has spent several years working for government and private entities. She has expansive experience with computer security, website development, networking, and other technical areas. Christy strives to provide individuals and small businesses with an alternative to over-priced web design and development services. By facilitating research and analysis for clients, she provides critical information for the initial site set-up and ongoing promotions. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and has extensive experience in procedural documentation for technical programs.
